Replacing the entire windows with new double-hung Andersen windows in stucco.The new ones are full framed-windows not "replacement" ones.
Ripping out the old windows is a much larger expensive then replacement windows, but was required due to a leak and that happened because of the unproperly instalation of the original ones by the builder.Between the top flange of old windows and header were 3" of...just space.I'm sorry I didn't save all the pictures.
The new stucco matched the old one and usually that is the only issue when doing this kind of job.
