Replacing the entire windows in stucco-West Orange NJ Sept.08-Job done for Toddco.Inc.

Replacing the entire windows with new double-hung Andersen windows in stucco.The new ones are full framed-windows not "replacement" ones.

Ripping out the old windows is a much larger expensive then replacement windows, but was required due to a leak and that happened because of the unproperly instalation of the original ones by the builder.Between the top flange of old windows and header were 3" of...just space.I'm sorry I didn't save all the pictures.

The new stucco matched the old one and usually that is the only issue when doing this kind of job.

That's the way we build them :)

After one deck has been done the neighbours ask us to build one for them too.We built another one for the neighbour with the van (back in the photo)

It took us 5 days to build after having the footings and of course the permit.Mike and I have built more than a douzen of decks like this one.We used "Timbertech".

Wall unit- Oct.2006 Clifton NJ

In a 1 bedroom apart.the living room had the shape of "L".I built a 14' wall unit which by dividing the living room a new bedroom was created behind the wall unit.I made the blue prints and assembled everything together without any help.I made those 14 doors for cabinets by myself then painted everything and installed the crown molding.Raised panel doors and flush with the cabinet framing.I was told it is impossible to do them by myself, and I proved that it is possible :)
