I had to extend the top mantel so the new HUGE TV could have enough room for its stand.Everything was made from plain wood (sugar pine)bought from lumber yard.Making them all as if it's 1 single piece.(in fact there are 29 pcs on 2 layers of 3/4").I worked on customer's porch, making my own shop.It matched the original profile and curves.
